Los Cabos

Located on the Pacific side of Mexico at the southern tip of the Baja Peninsula, Los Cabos is actually two towns. San Jose del Cabo which provides visitors with a look at traditional Old Mexico, and Cabo San Lucas which is more modern and bustles with activity day and night.

The two towns are connected by a resort area known as The Corridor, where some of the Baja's most beautiful beaches are located.

Los Cabos has become one of the premier golf destinations in Mexico due to its stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and numerous golf courses designed by today’s best course architects. There are five champion ship golf courses here.

January through April is prime gray whale watching season. In the waters around Los Cabos, you’ll also see blue whales and humpback whales.

Ocean swimming is not recommended in some areas of Los Cabos due to strong currents and steep drop-offs located close to shore but there are certain areas with swimmable beaches .
